If your budget is below $5,000 per month, we're not a fit — and we'll say so in a three-minute email instead of a thirty-minute call. If it's above $20,000, we'll either find the scope or recommend a better-fit firm.

04 · Principles
  • Published pricing

    Twelve of thirteen LA B2B agencies we researched hide their numbers. We do not. It costs us two bad-fit calls a week — worth it.

  • No hourly billing

    Hours are the wrong unit. Outcomes are the unit. You buy a tier, you get the deliverables listed at that tier.

  • No markup on ad spend

    Clients pay media platforms directly via their own account or a reimbursement account. Our fee is our fee.

  • No re-pricing mid-engagement

    Scope changes require a written SOW change, not a surprise invoice. Signed quote stays signed.

  • Three-month minimum

    Less than three months, we cannot spin up without losing money — and you cannot get results without enough reps.

  • Four retainers per quarter

    Hard cap. When we are full, we are full. You join a waitlist or pick a start date in the next quarter.

05 · Payment terms
  • Retainers
    Monthly, in advance, on the 1st. Net 0 for returning clients; Net 15 on the first month.
  • Projects
    50% on signature. 50% on final delivery. No re-pricing after signature.
  • Accepted payment
    ACH (preferred, no fee). Credit card (3% surcharge). Wire.
  • Late payment
    1.5% monthly interest on balances 30+ days late. Engagement pauses at 45 days.
  • Mid-quarter upgrades
    Foundation → Growth or Growth → Scale at any month boundary, pro-rated. Downgrade at term end only.
